Right now, I am not losing much weight & I am planning to tune my diet from next week. Currently, I am eating 2 chapatis & some rice for lunch & 2 chapatis for dinner. Next week, I will try to cut down some rice & will include oats in one of my meal. Also, I will increase protein intake. Any other ideas? Fan of Fab 5: Sachin, Rahul, Saurav, Laxman and Kumble.
