perfect... as per scalion, he did 2 months back.. scalion, he can call directly USCIS or call them through local senator. If you call/email to senator, they respond to you fast and they will USCIS as well. inka enti? | ||

Bro he has to interlink his old I-485 filed in 2007 with his new EB-2 approved I-140. Its just a letter sent to which ever center his I-484 was filed. Unless you interlink your old I-495 with new I-140 he will not get his GC. Once interlink is completed except to get GC in 6-8 weeks. 02/8/2012-181.2 lbs 01/04/2012-187 lbs | ||

naadi eb3 lo 485 apply chesi undi. as per eb2, i140, I was corrent, so need to send link request, stating that pl process my GC as per new I140. if your friends case, if 485 is not applied, ask him to apply as his dates are corrent. | ||

total process it took me 4 months. 2 months for job add, pay wages etc 30 days to get labor 8 days to get I140 7 days to get GC | ||

Link I think you ported from EB3 to EB2 cousin I485 failed in 2007 based on EB3 and priority date Apr 2003, around Jan 2012 lo EB2 I140 approve atyindhi, how long do you think it wull take for his I485 get approved.... first week of Feb lo mail pampadu anta in stranded format requesting a porting... since it is almost 2 months any next steps ???
