even though not competent enough, you will take the reference candidate because the candidate is more likely to be obligated,loyal and subservient to you. Good for strengthening your standing in the organization and to also have ur mole/follower in the ranks. Taking a talented person might compromise your position, your incompetencies can be exposed by his competencies, he/she might even take ur position . Usually this is done by weak candidates, the talented ones always look for talented hires. But this also may not happen always, several of us might take the easy way out by taking in an incompetent loyalist. | ||

recent ga ma cousin ki maruti suziki lo job vachindi reference dwara. reference ippinchindi ma close relative. ma cousin aptitude test,group discussion stage lo baga peform jeyyaledu anta. Also technical screening lo pathetic ga perform chesindu anta. But still he got the job because he had a reference from Manager working at Maruti Suziki. ee job ki qualify ayye talented candidates ni disqualify chesi ithaniki job ivvatam not a good move... |
