Frankly, ee rankings anni sollu ani naa opinion. You got to do what is right for you. I lived in McNair farms when McNair ES was rated worst. My son went to that school for three years before we moved out (and school came up pretty well in standards, I have literally seen the change in those three years), but he loved the school and his teachers and he did very well there, so my experience teaches me that it all boils down to the kids, ratings can say whatever they want. My son hated our move until he settled down in the new school because he couldn't go back to his old school any more. | ||

that is because fairfax is saturated in terms of space,andaru DC ki daggara ga undli anukuntaru this is the another reason why loudon is built like that, during the boom time there is a lot of demand for houses,so vallu space squeeze chesi ala clustered ga build chesaru. there are other communities in loudon they have one acre lots.. when you get a chance next time visit Belmont country club community..amazing community.. cherapakura chedevu. | ||

My concern is the scale at which the development is done, in Loudon county. America lo unnade space. Andariki chuttoo chala space unte ishtam. People prefer to live in privacy even if it is remote place. That's American culture. OTOH, in Europe and Japan, there is land scarcity and everyone lives closer in urban area. Loudon county does not give a picture of America, in general. Maa friend okaru last year bank-owned property konnadu. '08 built, 4600 sqft home costed him $660K. If not bank-owned, it may cost 40K more. He says there are many homes under water, but the development of new homes is still going on. Wierd... | ||

//LOUDON COUNTY Recent times lo loudon county ki multiple trips vesa. WTF is that? It is just huge complex of cookie cutter houses stretching for miles and miles. Aa builders roads, shopping centers, post office tho saha, anni kattesaru. But, naaku enduko life chala artificial ga anipinchindi. Prati illu almost similar ga undhi. There is hardly any lot around the houses to play. Prati okkaru same grocers lo shopping chestunnaru. Same coffee place and same play area for kids. Ramoji studio lo nivasistunnatu feel ayya. In my opinion, the beauty of life is diversity. In a typical town, you see big houses, small ones, ranches, mom-pop stores, family-owned pizza places, auto garages in the corner and 7-11 kind of convenient stores. But, Loudon county lo chooste, mottham builder kattina stores kanipistayi. Everything has same look and feel. After few days, felt sick of the concrete jungle. JMO. | ||
