main reason gold prices ila avvatinki.... Inflation.... Inflation vacchindhi reason.... fed printed more paper money...... more paper money and low interest rates on money = glittering gold....... when fed decided to stop printing more money..... slowly they will raise interest rates.... people start paying back money to lenders.....inflation will come down... gold prices will come down.... its a cycle..... evariana ee statement ni correct cheyyocchu....  gold ki India ki vunna relationship ni manam entha takkuva ga matladithe antha better andi.... all opinions expressed here are mine.. | ||

yes they are, but ppl dont care. for some one in vij or mumbai they dont care what is linked to what. they see something that was 1700 coming to 1300 and buy. anyway, how can US actually bring down gold prices? they do not have gold in large enough qty to sell and push it down. They may not have the legal charter to do a naked short of gold. fed needs to have enormous qtities to short the gold contracts. there is a fallacy in this thinking. Gold is a write off investment. nobody buys gold and talks about it in $$ terms. Once you buy gold, you say I have N tons of gold, you never say I have 4Bn in gold. so, Gold 1300 aithe, every one will buy more gold. and once ppl accumulate gold, they try to put to use like gold backed bonds or gold backed trade. which will undermine USD. not a very smart move. only smart move for US is somehow export inflation to other countries. that makes those currencies more valuable. one way of exporting inflation is sell them US assets like houses and buildings. to make the assets attractive naturally the foreign currencies become stronger against USD. But Jill did not follow Jack. She stayed back and bought gold. So did Rupa. Rupa and Jack aren't steady any way.
