ear plugs set jesukotame.. weight ekkuvunnollaki easy avvochu..i find it easy because i can breathe continously and swim longer.

Freestyle ki more balance kavali naku telsi.. when you are a beginner and swimming in not so deep lanes, you tend to put down your legs everytime you take your head out of water.

Backstroke lo ala kakunda continous breathing possible avuthundi unless you push water onto your face while moving your hands.

freestyle was my favourite and comfortable one....

backstroke asslu radhu......

somehow for me putting the face int he water is comforting than float on my back.....

enni saarlu try chesina....back stroke raledhu.....so freestyle tho satisfied.....

:d ee chivara nunchi aa chivaraki vellipotunnara just floating chestu?? deeni valla two uses. mee breathing meeda chala control untundi,rendu legs ni proper ga straight ga unchutu eetha kottadam vastundi(once you start using hands). floating just doesnt mean literally floating in water.. mee legs bend avvakuudadu. they need to be straight, levelling with water. oka vela meeru denni succesfful ga oka 3 to 7 days cheste you can start swimming with hands :d

swimming okasari wasthe manchiga kani chedaga kani u dont forget...i mean if u used to swimm continuously for half hour and u took break then u may not do it for half hour kani munagaru ...jodha swimming wasthe if u jump too u will hav that technique to float

first step - gattu meeda kuukuni oka 100 to 200 times water lo legs ni aadinchandi(muscles free avvadaniki).. mana vold telugu songs lo aadangulu bindelesukuni neellalo kalau aadistu padataru ga aa maadiri :d

second step - take a deep breath.. go into water. water lo oopiri vadalandi.. oka saari oopiri teesukuni enta sepu cheyyagalgite anta sepu undandi ila gaali vadulutuu.. come outside when you cant do it anymore. do this for 10 to 15 minutes everyday

third step - kick the wall with your legs, float in water by making use of step 2. make sure you dont use your hands until you are freely floating in water with legs alone :-)

which stroke do you like and why?

swimming class lo breast stroke start chesadu and the kick was way too complex for a beginner..intiki poyi youtube videos chuste super info undi on doggy paddle and free style....ninna poyi youtube videos lo cheppinattu cheste 1 hr lo breathing cheyakunda legs tho propel avadam ochindi..

definite swimming radu anukunna but 2 days lo floating and navigating via kicks rendu ochai....shoulders, lats, thighs and lot of other parts doola teerio..

zindagi lo "lats" ane term use chesta anukoledu..but max pain akkade undi....so fitness thread lo na quota kinda last 2 days ki oka 1000 calories eskondi
