1 hr elliptical - 675 calories. Yes, I am overweight. Been feeling really bad back pain since last two weeks so trying to reduce a big chunk at a faster rate. Safest cardio machine is elliptical for the time. |

Objective is weight loss. Goal is for around 20kg in 4-5 months. Of course, in healthy way. Today, for sure, 1 hour cardio on elliptical. Plan to do cardio twice a day once spring starts. |

Airliner:Going back to gym today after 2 weeks proactive break. Some how I hurt my knee couple of weeks back and decided not to stress it.

monday night: first day of strength training.. did some power cleans(you tube videos instruction but not confident so did not do many and tried without any weight), as instructed in youtube videos by mark rippetoe did some squats (this was good.. can feel it today), farmers walk, some shoulder exercises.. 20 min threadmill, 40 chin ups, 40 pushups.. |
