1980 lo start ayyi phasewise 2003ki completegaa teesesaaru. When I spoke to a key functionary in TTD, what he says is Govt has limited hold over the TTD. It is the officials who decide and TTD board will only stamp. He says Naidus mistake was to take funds of TTD and divert them to Govt programmes and not veyi kaalla mandapam. |
