Hmm... i guess you have a right to vent ur frustration  However, blaming FEDEX on the whole is not right IMO. There will be some brain dead people in every company... just bad luck that one such fellow was on shift when you were expecting imp delivery. When they do, they need to leave a note on the front door. UPS leaves note 100% of the time Fedex leaves the box at the door most of the time. No matter what it is ..... only a moron can do this.... It is not a gated community and I received several packages at my door from both Fedex and UPS in the past. Fedex always used to leave the stuff at the door, UPS at the office (with a sticker on my door). USPS ayithey....mailbox lo letter peduthaadu, it is in the apartment office ani. This smart fellow today, stuck the notice to the package itself and left it in apartment office. Don't tell me that is the company policy. As said earlier, the customer experience in the local stores has always been appalling. I have been waiting for a package for a week now. They leave the box at the apartment office this morning, and do no leave any note on my door. Are they delivering stuff to the apartment management or to me? The delivery notice (post-it kind of note), is stuck to the package with "Front door" checkbox selected. No, it is not at my front door, so "Apartment Office" checkbox should be selected. Who the •••• attaches the delivery notice to the package. That is supposed to be stuck on my door, you morons. How the •••• am I supposed to know that you delivered the package at the apartment office, if you do not leave any note for me?
