kiki naala think chesey vallu chala mandi unnaru ikkada. i never liked house loans in india. relatives and wify tried a lot to convince to go for 50-70L loan back in 07-09. Good that I was stubborn, coz most of those properties now depreciated a lot. So far never taken any house loans in india.

yelagu ikkada 401K funds iragadeesi perugutunnadhii ledhu...we are eligible to get 50% of it as loan...with aprox 4% interest....401k paina loan teesukoni india lo loan teercheyyochu kadhaa akkada 9% vongo bedutunnadu....

plus superb thing entante ikkada manam pay jese 4% interest mana own account ke add avutundhi..bank won't/cannot take/eat it kadhaa...

For e.g If we take 5K credit in BOA and payback 6,000 includin interest...then bank makes 1,000 .....................adhe ee 401K loan teesukunte aaa interest amount 1,000 dollars mana account ke add avutundhi...........
