MS, jot down what is that you would like to do, that will help you to narrow down. Do you want to move up the ladder or lateral? Does your current company offer you those options? If yes, start having a career conversation with your management. If they are supportive, you can create a 6-12m roadmap to achieve that. If not, do you have a dream company/role/work that you would like to pursue? Are they available in your city or do you have to move? Do you have any contacts to discuss and narrow down those choices? One way is to identify what you want and go after. Other option is to open yourself up for 'anything' different. Reach out to your contacts in linkedin etc and review opps that come your way. | ||
