BCCI has set this recording dance programme called IPL....after fighting over it with ICL...... england tour is badly scheduled......so I was not upset with that loss..... but aussies tour.....had no previous big tours....players had ample rest.....some skipped WI tour......its a debacle...... He had the same problem when he took over test captaincy, why complain only now. We should look at his form also. He is averaging in lower 30's, pretty low for a good wicket keeper batsmen who was compared with other greats like Gilchrist. -- Gilchrist had legends batting before him.....Dhoni has gods batting before him.....yes....he has more resources on paper..... other two formats had dhoni's teams and choices and experiments......when it comes to tests....Dhoni is a mere representative of the team.....except for bowling changes.....even fielding postions are jagirs for some legends.... and why complain now....good question.....when he took test captaincy.....some legend gurrallu were still running on all four legs.......now they are limping and blind.......there's a difference..... i for one do not question his passion for playing for the country.....it would be the same as all his other team mates....... Not true. He doesn't have same Mojo for captaincy which he had few years ago. It's time to have a new test captain who can infuse some new energy and ideas. I think he is our best man to lead in ODI and T20 format. -- why would he get his mojo....if he has the team but no control over batting order.....until no.6? all batting positions above 6 are fixed.....and he has limtied resources with bowling.....Zaheer raises hopes and then gets injured int he first test of a series...and leaving the captain with no options.....but to ask....junior Ishant to lead..... dhoni wants control......he doesnt get it with this present test team.....there is nothing to experiment with this lot..... even with Virat kohli going good...he cannot send him up the order......then what is the fun of having a captain.....above all.....he has to answer the debacles of so called legendary cricketers failure.....he cannot say harsh words of their performance...but has to keep saying that 'they are legends and they have delivered before'..... his batting is not great in tests either... he is simply making a mockery of people who has glued their asses to their postions in the team..... my opinion..... He can play till he is 36, right age for any cricketer to retire. If retiring around 40 is bad then retiring early at 33 is equally bad.
