9 years i completed my MS in mechanical, i couldnot get any job for a while, all my confidence is rock bottom. ame chaylo lediyadu all of sudden one my friend job, he called me to his house trained me and he only interviewed its a contracting job i got the job 2 or 3 months i had tough time(embrassing situtations etc), later i never had to worry about job its smooth(only here and there tough times which are not threating for my job which are just technical i had to work hard or escape  ) lot of people saying about people who lost job, they will get the job easily since they have enough experince already, company took the rish of hiring one new guy and firing two old guys. we have to help some one in need, vadiki ani vunte nuvu ame help chastavu ? he will not even have time to take your help , he would have been helping some one, i came back to india here getting break is near to impossible unless you get selected in campus, here too much compitation its not US. | ||

I am not into software, but I don't understand how can one gather skills to coverup 10yrs experience in 3 months. For me its just impossible. It is better for him to start learning some other easier stuff. May be in 3 months he can find another less challenging entry level job.
