Rajusk, Reason is very simple. Vizag one town area vaipu peragadu because of fishing etc. Gajuwaka vaipu anni industries. Decent housing can come only between Vizag beach road and NH5. Madhurawada ni anukoni vundedi Kapuluppada. Also, village is close the beach road. Prstutam madhurawada lo construction bagane vundi. IT companies kuda vunnadi with in 1-2 kms. Negative points: 1) IT growth is not there 2) Vizag doesnt have good supporting villages like Vijayawada, Nellore, Guntur etc has. Why ante emi cheputham, chala reasons unaayi.. 1. Ivala repu sontha village lo Agri lands maintain chesukovatam chala kastam ga undhi according to knowledge needhi aa prantham kaadhu... 2. Out of reach lo una 2 Acres ni maintain cheyataniki ayina 20 acres maintain cheyataniki ayina petedhi same effort... 3. ROI on invest will not be great... if appreciation is your concern then land near Vizag are not a match to these... there are few more.... 4, 5, 6 7 etc Jai NTR, Jai Jai TDP P.S : I am fan of my caste........ | ||

Aa road konchem widening cheste chala baguntundi. Kakinda daggara ADB road meeda manchi land set chesuko, especially kakinada ki daggara ADB road meeda. otherwise you can invest even in Kapuluppada. Ippudu 6000/sq yd dorkutundi. Okka 5 years wait cheyyagaligite oka 25-30 K avutundi. Location pithapuram(near kakinada) main road..acre 10lacs..relatives de oka 2.5 to 3 acres undi..adi ammestunnaru..no agri bg here..so pooling with friend who has that bg..already kouluki iccharata 1 acre mango and 1 acre rice..same farmers who have been working in that for many years are still cultivating.. rate ok na? ekkuva? deal aa?
