nenu cardio kee oka item ani set cheyyanu combo of elliptical, treadmill, stair mill cardio days lo i choose any of the above two regular days lo i ujually run on treadmill for 15-20 mins to complete my workout...of coz not on days i work my lower body |

couldnt go last night so pushed for an early start and got to the gym for 30 mins.. 10mins run at 7mph.. farmers walk.. 50 pushups.. 30 pullups.. Feel better HD maams.. enjoy the down time.. |
