7 AM - post workout oka whey scoop in water

around 10-1030: oka handful of nuts
1230 - lunch - cup rice or 2-3 rotis along with (siken, veg koora)
430 - oru scoop whey, 5-6 ritz whole wheat crackers
7 PM -dinner same like lunch , no rice...skien badhulu, fish, turkey ...edhi untay adhi
9 -PM - greek yogurt cup or glass of milk

ekkado oka sota veelu unnappudu fruits toosthaa

weekend lo oka roju debba padipodhee...but i try to not eat rice or carbs but eat more of meat, fish
