How do you get these calorie counts? Machine guess chesi chebuthundaa? How accurate is that? Is it possible that the machine estimates that 500 calories are burnt, but the body is actually shedding only 100 calories? weights are not to "burn" calories to add to the total count to build muscle( muscle antay eeda DB lo andariki ippudu kotha battalu konaali ani oka impression) as u progress, doing cardio and weight training builds muscle to take place of your fat if u r still worried about calories cnt..some info from what i read long long back even doing household chores like dish washing, baby sitting...u will spend around 50-100 cals per hr so imagine what is cnt when u lift wts when u train with wts, u expend a lot of energy (burning cals) to lift, push, pull etc ekkuva think seyyodhu ani naa manavi |

I did burn yday nearly 600 cal incl of treadmill, elliptical and cycling. doubt how can we know how much we burnt when u do weights? Driving is my PASSION. No matter of what I must reach my Final Destination. |
