I think if she is street smart and can take on those guys when it comes to that..then it is fine...but like 2009 says it is a small place and if that north indian lady is there, she will recognize and if our friend flunks she maybe ruining her chances for ever.......but if she works elsewhere for a few years and then comes back .....then she might stand a better chance...... I think 2 years is too less and when she tells the truth, it means she didnot gain any practical experience as she was busy graduating... but again..it depends on her attitude...and capabilities.. | ||

Resume restructure and rewrite chesukomanandi - if she did a chronological order before , mix it up in a different format..lessen the chances of people making the connection. And even if she does get caught out as it was fake experience,she can always openly admit it was wrong on her part to do it and she has since corrected it...it is a risk but atleast she gives it a try. Did they mention why she didnt mae last time...If the reasons were non-techincal...it might be difficult for her to get in this time....also in rare case if they remember and pull her old resume..it might be embarassing for her..( but I would doubt they would do it...) ..any idea what was the actual change in both resumes? 2 yrs back maa friend oka company lo job ki apply chesindi with some fake experience( to fill the gap in the resume.)of course thanaku job raaledanukondi. so contd her education..
