kb bro if ur previous emp is desi and small company then nothing wrong revoking as he may wann apply to another employee in near future or so. If he did not revoke then based on records he is still show the income that he is giving to u as well as any new employee who joins his company and for him also he is paying as he gonna apply GC for new employee(s). this is not possible, I'm with a big employer, not a desi who can give a letter the way we want. the only way I think is, find a desi employer and change job. Salary should be equal to prevailing wage or more than that for the same job code in that area..for the current year that employment is being offered. for example if your original labor was for some OCC-2011 job code in Chicago and now you move to New York..you have to make sure you make the Prevailing wage for OCC-2011 job code in New York or more than that.. | ||
