OT i don't know the age group the the one's who are advicing you here... I'm around 40..neekunna colestral is very common... smoking taginchu cut down drastically...mandhu tagu weekly 2-3 times kani when u drink don't eat eat little very less and as said coke tho mandhu combination is very dangerous have it with water and drink more water... oily food taginchu and evening have 1-2 roti rather than rice.. weekly 3-4 times workout cheyyi lite ga and drink more water oka manchi multivitamin wesuko... weelu unte sorakaya juce three months morning tagu anni set avutayi ...
