OT i don't know the age group the the one's who are advicing you here...

I'm around 40..neekunna colestral is very common...

smoking taginchu cut down drastically...mandhu tagu weekly 2-3 times kani when u drink don't eat eat little very less and as said coke tho mandhu combination is very dangerous have it with water and drink more water...

oily food taginchu and evening have 1-2 roti rather than rice..
weekly 3-4 times workout cheyyi lite ga and drink more water oka manchi multivitamin wesuko...

OT, 215 is not a dangerous number. but not a great number either. what is LDL/HDL ratio? Eat a lot of good fats. Cholesterol shoots up when you cut down all fats. pardoxical but true. eat a lot of avocado and walk a mile. i know tough in NY.

if you do not need a referral, see a cardiologist. they will check all factors. cholesterol is a necessary but not a sufficient factor for causing heart disease ani na opinion. inflammation is more dangerous than cholesterol. it is the inflammation that makes the cholesterol act dangerous.

4) To reduce triglycerides, take fish oil tablets or flaxseed tables
5) Drink green tea.
