Pragathi nagar lo where exactly anedi crucial factor... before the lake or after... and accessibility to road... many ventures in this area doesn't have proper road access... so difficult to rent immediately. Don't say you don't have enough time. correct ae kaani..if he is looking at a budget of around 17/18 lacs for apartment..he will only get about 200 Sq yards of land..on top of it..you need constructions costs.. i am not sure what his budgetary constraints are ..andukane details adiganu | ||

7000 rupees per sq yard as far as i know.. pragathinagar is closer to the main road..whereas Bachupally is a little interior..so Ram1 has to clarify..where his target land is | ||

Pragathi nagar ante..KPHB nunchi lopalaki velthunte vachede kada.. i think around Bachupally rates 7K range..so idi 8k aithe ..not that bad.. Apartment rates naaku idea ledu..kaani 1200 sq feet apartment might be a little too small ...land aithe entha konalani idea ?? but any reason why you want to pick Bachupally or KPHB kind of areas ? just curious.. | ||
