OLL, the prospects of a "lost decade" are ominously stronger. They used to use that phrase for the Japanese where middle aged people had to stay where they are for about 20 years with no difference in their net worth or wage growth. I do not know how old you are, but the younger you are the better you would emerge. If you are stuck with an expensive home, it will be a pain. If you are stuck with a cheap home, it will be unwise too. Idea is to cut the loss at some point and position yourself for future. Cash and Gold will be kings. | ||
