KAti rolls: Roties/tortillas Wooden skewers Green and sweet chutney (optional) Veggies : Sliced onions, green and red peppers, zuchini cut into long pieces. For kabab: Ground turkey/lamb 1/2 lb 1 tsp ginger garlic paste 3-4 green chillies ground 2 tbsp chopped cilantro 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 2-3 tbsp finely chopped onion Salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients together and knead by hand to mix evenly. Take 2 tbsp of the mix and put ona wooden skewer, pressing firmly and evenly around the skewer to form seekh kababds. Repeat till all the mixture is done. heat a griddle/tava to medium heat. Add a little oil and place th skewers in a single layer.After 5 minutes turn over slightly and cook for 3-4 4 mins. Repeat till it is browned all round. Cook all kababs like this.Cool and slide off the skewer On the griddle , grill sliced onions, green, zuchini and red peppers. Heat a tortilla or roti, and make kati rolls(wraps) with kabab and grilled vegtables. Instead of seekh kabab you can use chicken pieces stirfried with spices in the kati roll aa chal ke tujhe main leke chalu ik aise gagan ke tale jahan gam bhi na ho, aansoo bhi na ho,bas pyaar hi pyaar pale |

Sorry sittesss. Iyyala busy haa unna.. Anyway, there are a lot of easy recipes to cook with good taste and homely feel. Neeku installments lo istaa 1) Palakoora curry Get fresh palak leaves. Frozen is also okay. Cut/defrost as applicable Cut 1 onion long pieces. In a mookud, add oil, cumin seeds and 4 cut green chilli.. Green chilli is very important. Use hot ones. Then add onion and saute for 2-3 min. Dont over cook or brown onion, koncham raw gaa untene better. Now add spinach, 1 tsp salt and cover. Cook on low for 5 min. Add 1tsp coriander powder. Cook on high till all water evaporates and smells of cooked spinach (usually takes 5-6 min). Eat with rice. Simple but good curry. You can add any dal during frying to enhance taste. 1)frozen section lo stir fry viggies packts ....steam them add peepr and 'em 2)cold cut turkey meat ni shred sesukoni...lettuce, shredded carrot, baby tomatoes , onions spinach salad lo mix u can add little but hidden valley ranch...( u can replace turkey with boiled eggs.... 3) roasted nuts like pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts lightly salted...eat em with blue beeries and apple |
