My answer to RFE went on Aug 26th, they have updated site on same day.. Again got email update on Aug 30th.. stating file is refered to officer... my frined got with in week after answering same RFE.. can I expect same ? | ||

Interfile linking is mandatory.. Being said, if you have mutiple I-140s, you have to request in writing which one you have to aviale for process your GC. I was in same situvation and I did not requested in writing. so got RFE to request in writing. Now I have requesd in writing. Askingthem to process as per my latest I-140, which is under EB2 categery.. before requesting in writting, I have called USCIs and request to process my application.. Now I got response ( I will post in next post).. as well they have updated on website.. what is your thoughts and experience?.. file is moving fast, I guess and expecting my GC soon.. but I still see 3 more coloms like " decission, post decission, and cards for printing etc "... |
