Guri... I MIGHT NOT be in your out of the box thinkers, but anyway, my thinking about HC's decision is, EVEN IF they saw what is in the report, THEIR decision WAS NOT influenced by what is in the report. They MIGHT HAVE thought sharing this with the defense MIGHT compramise the INVESTIGATION, so they MIGHT have decided not to SHARE IT with the defense. Just my OWN INTERPRETATION. | ||

 naaku antha ledhu anna. fost link to exact statement by court. starting copy only jagan ki istaam annaaru. i dont know what changed. looks like cbi narrowed down the case to a few points and the court does not want to give those details to jagan since he will have opportunity to do damage control in those specific areas. legal experts ki matrame teliyaali. | ||

.....not WELL BATCH (tagore, paccha, gujju well, etc) noone here is a legal expert..but court order lo one of the item that looks funny to me...court said we didn not/need not give a copy of the cbi report to jagan lawyers because it 'did not use the report'...at the same time they say that they opened the sealed report, read it and resealed it and based their judgement ONLY on petitioners case....aa pani report cxhadavakunda orders pass chesi cheppocchu kadha.....cbi ki invetigation cheyyamani 2 wks time icchi, submitt chesina report ni chadivesi..nenu use chesukoledhu ani chepthe doesn't that look odd..aa matram daniki investigation cheyamani cheppadam yenduku....report chadavadam yenduuku.....munde judgement icchundocchukadha....what do you think about this from a common man prespective.....meeru jagan ni tappu patte vaalu ani telusu..still logical ga vunnadunnattu chep[tharanukuntunna.
