you will get new i94 with new expiration date visa is to get into the country while an unexpired i94 validates your stay next time you leave the country you need to go to consulate for stamping for your spouse, I think she needs to get on to F1 visa to get back in | ||

annayyalu, Naa H1B visa sep26 th 2011 exp avuthundi. I 797 as well as I 94 kooda same day expiring.. H1B extension already filed and got the recipt from USCIS. will I get new I-94 with extension of stay( EOS) once my extension gets approved. Visa stamping geppud ellali .. next 1 or 2 yrs la India visit kellinappudu stamping kelthe OK naa Home dept scenario: came here on H4 and COS to F1 with I94 expiring in dec 2012. F1 visa never got stamped as we did not go out of the country since then. 2012 summer la visiting india.. appudu stamping kelthe OK na... please advice |
