Brief ga story chepta..wifey H1 employer file chesadu....aite naku D ekkuvayyi before filing H1, vere lawyer ni consult chesa....on suggestions/recommendations for employer-employee relationship and stuff..consultation ki $200.. but consultation lo vadu nenu file chesta, solid documentation etc annadu..aa balaheena kashanam lo extra $1300 icha just in case my wife decides to use his services..adi mention chesa, if she doesn't use his services he will have to return the money ani..and he said yes.....of course, writing lo em ivvaledu and nenu adagaledu.. 2 months past..my wife filed her h1 using her employer's lawyer....and veedu ee balance $1300 ivvatledu..he's saying you've misunderstood the allocation of money ani... i have the following evidence: 1) Emails, from the day of consultation, indicating how the additional $1300 needs to be utilized. 2) Once her H1 is filed thru a different lawyer, we sent at least 10 more emails over the past 2 months asking him to return the money on "unused services" Legal ga approach avvalante ela?? any advices? iam flabbergasted by the sheer neglect and shameless exploitation of clients by this sucker..advices pls serious responses onlyy..iam really ticked off by this guy... |
