after 2 years if you walk out of the contract you will loose the earnest money or the money you put down, also any damages to the property will be your responsibility maintenance is your responsibility unless the owner agrees to take responsibility depends on how you both enter into contract at the time of signing the contract usually like lawn maintenance and snow removal is tenants responsibility depends on the State Rules you live in. | ||

Rent to own/lease to own option ela untundi for houses? i am looking at couple of offers like 5k down, 2 yeras contract 1000/month for a house ~140K. if i walk out after 2 years, i obviosult have to lose all advance.my basic idea is just to rent and i am considering my rent for 2 years would be 1200..ila anukoni digi povaccha..or there any other things to look at. ee time lo house maintenance and any other issues evari responsibility ? |
