nen expert kaadhu but can disco based on my exp
to build muscle u will need diet change, different workout regimen , good recovery period etc...
to start with wut is ur current diet...to build muscle u will need carbs as well as protein...
are u okay with supplemental nutrition like whey? (veggies accept chestaaro telvadh)
