My problem is not asking for the JPC. Problem is being deadlocked on it for days, without doing what is necessary to recoup the Govt's loss. The opposition has a golden chance here to enact the required laws. Issued licenses can be cancelled using provisions in the Indian Contract Act. JPC also can go into the financial irregularities or it may be addressed by SC which is also probing the case of 2G scam .. Ya ..
