Innallu .. BJP people always had a suspicion that the Tata's and Birla's are pro-Congress .. ee roju first time .. a chairman of the Tata group openly came out in support of the ruling Cong govt and surprisingly, the highly respected and illustrious Ratan Tata did not stop there! He infact openly said BJP is raking the issue of this 2G scam to drag and spoil PM MMS and the ruling Cong for political motives. Ofcourse, Tata could be right in saying that BJP wants to nail down and soil the image of PM MMS and Cong .. but does that mean there is no scam at all. If Rajeev Chandrasekhar said that Tatas benefitted hugely from the 2G spectrum allocation, which in violation of set procedures, was alloted to the Tatas out of turn, then certainly, he should have presented a good defense as to why Tata has been awarded such a huge value of spectrum for such a cheap price. Also the fact that he did use a lobbyist Radia for exactly the same purpose of gaining spectrum obviously points the needle of suspicion towards Tatas and its their responsibility to come clean. I still have respect for Tata, but its very very disappointing to see him take political sides and trying to shift the blame on BJP. He should have remembered one bit that BJP has never discriminated when it came to doing business with the Tatas. When he was looking for land for the Tata Nano factory, Modi gave him everything he wanted in a time of just 24 hours. Ofcourse, he did to get investment into his state, but then was there any discrimination because you favor Cong? NO.
