Do we need all these for H1 transfers as well? and lets say if company A doesn't cancel my visa, how long can i stay here with out a job. till my I-94 expires? | ||

lets say my job in company A is over. I have not got any other job yet. before my company A cancels my h1B visa, I have to change it to B. Is there any desi consultancy to which i can transfer my h1b visa and then search for job and they run my paystubs? I am ready to pay for visa transfer, pay my taxes when on bench...just need some desi consultancy who does this? and is there any other way u guys can suggest? |
