Planning 3-4 days a week workout...not sure whether I can do cardio seperately on other days......

u can take whey protein after u workout along with some carbs...it is necessary for muscle "repair" if not building...
if ur workout does not involve exercises for hypertrophy there wud be negligible bulking and so called mr universe body

There were two options - 7k or 21k....I went upto 10k as i was not prepared for 21k yet and was running light fever on that day.
