ravino IMO and experience , protein supplement is necessary to sustain muscle... u can take whey protein after u workout along with some carbs...it is necessary for muscle "repair" if not building... if ur workout does not involve exercises for hypertrophy there wud be negligible bulking and so called mr universe body which brand etc antay sienfield kurrod kee kalling thread veyyandi...I am current using GNC AMP 60...it is decent |
