sarjapur road - is very hot now. there are lot of pvt layouts has come up near wipro off and upto to sarjapur junction. the road from sarjapur to athibele has some good potential based on reports like satellite road (STRR), new infy campus etc.

bangalore south like - electronics city, bannerghatta road, etc is good if you have job at elec city.

blore north - this is most happening place now as new international airport is operational and lot of new companies are coming up. development and new layouts are coming up as far as devanahalli to chickballapur.

BDA layouts ante - BDA will acquire the land from owners and provide all basic infra like roads, water, sewerage, electrcity etc. idi chala long process and those will be allotted to those who apply. eligibility is only for karnataka residents. but once alloted any one can buy from allottees. okappudu jayanagar, jp nagar, HSR Layout, anjanapura layout ilantive.

HSR is fully developed now. price range is anywhere between 4k-5k per sq.ft.
anjanapura layout allocation is completed long time back. roads are there. but still hardly few houses constructed. price range is 1500-2000 depending on phase. if you have permanent job in electronics city, then anjanapura BDA is best. but will take another few years for shops, malls, schools to come up.

Bansankari 6th (BSK) layout is in full demand now. few people started construction. price is very high like 1800-2000 per sq.ft because of proximity to NICE road. seems this has good potential.

arkavathi layout..has some legal issues and scams. this might get delayed.

visweswaraya layout is also there, not sure about price.

since BDA layouts are govt laid layouts there won't be any legal issues thats why there is huge demand for them.

there are lot of pvt layouts from pvt developers with tag 'BDA approved'. need to be very careful with these layouts and scrutinize papers with a lawyer before proceeding.
