on the contrary.......very first objects revered by Man...creating very primary level of religion or foundation of todays religion...were not resembled his own image...it was most likely in this order...natural phenomena...his primary hunting animals...yes primitive Man always thought that hunted animal willingly become his prey..so it was considered sacred and revered...next... after Man become more aware of the world and his significance in this world...he gradually converted this god image into his own image...(it's only my opinion) | ||

I think religion was formed to keep people in control and fear an unknown bigger force that controls all of us.. Just my view but no evidence that anyone has really seen god.. and if he/ she has seen god how do they know that.. that is how god really looks like? | ||
