1. First let USCIS announce total H1 applicatiosn recieved 2. Let USCIS conduct lottery 3. Apply premium process mean while 4. If ur application selected in lottery, u will receipt in 2 weeks | ||

My friend got a job in a good company and there are asking for H-1B confirmation before they can give her the offer letter. She got her H-1B done through a friends SW consultancy firm. and her plan was to transfer the H-1B once she gets a good job. She has OPT till Sept 2nd week ! Please advice ASAP How to handle this kind of situation.... |
