At present Treadmill is being used for hanging clothes etc :-) Once upon a time... I used to start at 4.0 and slowly increase it to 6.0 in 10 mins. Then run for 5 mins at 7 or so. then slowly cool down. Total 20-25 mins max Later i got bored running on the machine (even with ipod/iphone). Joined gym but never went there.. so canceled the membership after keeping it idle for 7-8 months :-) If god doesn't like the way I live, let him tell me, not you |

well.. it is a real martial arts school ala ani chinnapillaltho train autham anukoku.. it is very intense.... they will start with basics about kick boxing.. they have other classes called primal skills.. this is the most intense work out they provide.. next month they are also starting a soldier fit program.. I do not do kick boxing anymore so i dont go to those classes anymore.. i still go to the primal skills classes once in a while. I can find out what they charge just for the Primal skills classes.. |

HD .. spin class lu nenu kooda cesa.. it is very tough.. akkada instructors ceppinattu exactly cheyyadam chaala chaala kastam.. last year na marathon ki prepare ayyeppudu ee spin classes ki vella.. nuvvu cheppinattu.. pulusu kaaripoyyedi.. nenu cheppedi.. if you are not in a class like that.. if you compare a threadmill and a bike.. in my experience threadmill will help you work out more than a bike.. |

Total 30 min treadmill. aa taruvata elliptical for 20. weight training 2 days a week. mimmalni chooste naa vyavaharam aatalo aratipandu type lo vundi. sheesh. I'm actually quite well-balanced. I have a chip on both shoulders.

back to mav's question.. if only jogging.. walk at 3.5-4 mph for 2 mins.. start jogging at 6.1 mph and hold the speed for 30 mins and 2 mins malli 3.5 - 4 mph for another 15.. malli okka 2 mins 3.5 -4 mph and then off the thread mill.. |

currently start with 5.5- increase to 6 after few mins...hold steady till 27-28 minutes increase by half mile to 3 qtrs in last 2-3 minutes cooldown for 5 mins total 350-400 cals I dont run fore more than 35 mins including cool down |
