If each player has a role and sachin's role is to score maximum runs for the team......he is very successfull in that.... rescuing occurs when you land in trouble....in that sense sachin's runs stopped us from being in a rescue position antaanu..... He is a run making machine and a team to have someone like him....is a huge advantage.....rest of the team should make the most of his play and collectively pass the line..... more than anything sachin has been a trmendous team man over the years....finishing okkatey doesnt constitute greatness.....although that is crucial.... my opinion...... first of all, okaru nachaledu ante hater ani brand veyyadam manukondi. there is a huge difference between hatred and not liking...as for talent sachin is the greatest...greater than Don...no qualms...but if you take the ratio of the number of matches a player won for his country per the talent he possesses...sachin falls flat in front of guys like kumble, dravid, dhoni, viru etc. i am not saying its wrong to play for personal records...it indirectly helps team...but the first hand motivation is the judging criterion here. u can't expect tail to fire always when batsmen fail regularly ;) -- there is no need to fire......but to contribute....... If we are talking about lower order firing......we are going wrong somewhere...... Laxman ledu.....dhoni....is nto in a great form in tests (correct me) and its crucial to take lead in thsi match to keep aussies away from win and close of the test series...... Ofcourse we do have a win chance if we get a healthy lead of about 150....but that looks far.....unless Raina plays a big innigs and Dhoni suporting and tail chipping in...... if tail contirbutes......we can put this test beyond aussies.....by tomorrow lunch....
