Akkai Rice aithe koddika ekkuve thintaam and protein content thakkuva where as Chapathi 3 thinnaka heavy anipisthaadhi, u can stop then. Basically chapati heavy ga untundhi ani suggest chesthaaru. Chapati > 3 thinekante rice thinadam better. I would suggest eat less quantity and more number of times/day. Main focus must be on stomach :-)

2 liters is OK

Yes!! you are right you have to atleast give a gap of 1 hour after u take down lunch/dinner /breakfast

not that you should not drink water at all while takeing food but you have to take it just limited amount of water
