Its brand new store, we havent decided the brand yet( might go with citgo or unbranded) the store will be on our name, you will sign guarantee that you will pay all the dues on time and it was executed legally. you will pay all the deposits, inventory and some upfront costs we are projecting this to be around 150-175. you will run the store as its yours but under my parent company name if you want to leave in a yr or 2, if you sell it to another person( which has to be approved by us). you will get the goodwill+ Inventory lets say 350. You will take your 175 first and in the remaining after all the expenses, you get 50% of the profit. Business Aspect.
