Yes, eb2 is just back up plan...just in case eb1a is rejected. You never know, what if all PDs become current as happened couple of years ago? Cant afford to take chances in these matters. the only advantage with NIW is bypassing labor cert which takes like 4-6 months these days. not a big deal. 10 yrs back when labor took 3-4 yrs, this made sense, not right now. you will still end up in the EB2 bucket which may take years. EB1A is the way to go if you can pull it off. | ||
