KKD, I checked it in my tax form now.He claimed 18% of my rent in "Property Tax Reduction" (Means 36c). I got the money with out any issues.So I think you can do the same. | ||

I think you are talking about TR-1040 which is seperate from what i am asking. There is NJ1040 where you need to specify this deduction.
