The article you've posted is an abtract of "The 5 Rules For Successful Stock Investing - Pat Dorsey" book. I've already read this book and I use similar template with few additional parameters for stock evaluation. I think 20% EPS growth is the right number for GRUH and 12 to 15 for REPCO. This is the reason why I am more inclined towards GRUH over REPCO (even though GRUH has a higher forward PE and PEG ratio).
