Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials has received a jolt in the Penna cement attachment part of Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jaganmohan Reddy's quid pro quo investment case. The Appellate Tribunal for Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) in New Delhi has questioned the alleged benefit of only Rs 1.1 crore by Penna against an investment of Rs 45 crore into Jagati group as bribe. "It's beyond imagination, one fails to understand.... how is it possible?" the tribunal said.
