It has to be cross subsidized with water supply to Industries and commercial usages And impose user charges for agriculture and domestic consumption Eventually the Govt has to do,otherwise maintenance and electricity costs can not be supported by state budget Ofcourse Govt can be befitted by the taxes from the improved economy | ||
