2 types lo chestaanu.

1. Straight gaa nilabadi without bending knee toe touch chesi.. On my own time stop cheyyadam.. No time limit.. Alaage chaalaa sepu same aasanam lo unda galanu.
2. 2 legs saadhyamainanta wide chesi.. Right hand tho left toe.. Left hand tho right toe without bending knees.. 150 to 200 times chestaanu..

Not everyone can do this Papi. if your body is not flexible enough due to whatever reason, you can hurt your back by doing this. Not every body is suitable to do every kind of exercise. You need to find the right stretch for the body of your structure.

Good point. Kakapote, it depends on family and other support systems.
I stopped my exercise regime because, HD complained for reduction of time spent with family.
But now kids and HD have different classes in the evenings. These 1 hour slots are helping me get some exercise (Walking or running).

i know many people who are thin.. who cannot do it.. and I know not so thin people who can do this...

anyway... just eat in limits.., spend about 45 mins in a mild cardio.. dont worry too much about being fit or healthy... you will live longer, and accomplish more than most fitness freaks...

I have found that, through experience.. spending alot of time on fitness management, is counter productive to other goals.. i know most wont agree, but its a simple equation.
