One thing I observed across all people and regions Sitting together in the name of binge watching, get together, birthdy party, Poker and weekend parties.... not sleeping until 2 and 3 .... These people will wake up again early in the morning and show up and boast it as if it is their stamina... you are stressing your body.... once it is reaches the threshold the result is cardiac arrests and all things have 8 Hr sleep after a hard working day.... you dont have to please anyone by giving them company...
