totally agree with initiator. Monna Sunday friend tO drive chestoo oka event ki veltunte cheppaDu, night antaa Poker aaDi almost 4 ki intikochchaa ani.. I could see the difference in his driving (slow and unusual turns).. add the full drinking whole night with heavy food.

Deep continuous Sleep is a must...even if its only for 6 hours...Itz Quality..
tandem sleep..for 8 hours...who awakes by the drop of a pin is not having quality sleep..

desk jobs chesi we are thinking too much about health etc.

human body not designed to sit for 10 -15 hours in a day. once we start physical work everything comes naturally sleep , hungry etc.

One thing I observed across all people and regions

Sitting together in the name of binge watching, get together, birthdy party, Poker and weekend parties.... not sleeping until 2 and 3 ....

These people will wake up again early in the morning and show up and boast it as if it is their stamina...

have 8 Hr sleep after a hard working day.... you dont have to please anyone by giving them company...

Nuvvemi Rmabha vi akdu ninnu choodamgane pakkana koorcho gane vadiki seeghra skalanam ayyipotaniki.... you dont have to attend all these shit for social bonding.
