I can see why you are thinking that way... but they are day and night apart. My Cousin Vinny is essentially a court room drama - while Chettu Kinda Pleader is more of an investigative movie, than actual court room drama. I cant believe Vamsy screwed up the movie so bad.. it had very good plot. his character choices were atrocious - usually he excels at it. I have a feeling My Cousin Vinny is comedic version of a The Thin Blue Line - a very popular court room documentary. My Cousin Vinny and The Thin Blue Line are used as case studies by budding lawyers... we can hardly say that about Chettu Kinda Pleader | ||

Munna bhai ki similarities ekkada.. he might have copied few incidents..I did not make any real connection between these two movies .
