Selection committee takes advise from all the selectors in the panel, coach and most importantly the captain before finalising the team. Really sad Rayudu lost out on the spot...He deserved to be on the 15 member team to England. For guys questioning his place, just looks at his numbers... the problem i see is.. our lower order is the weakest lower order than even Bangladesh. DK, KL Rahul can be back up for Dhoni.. they should have gone with another stronger batsmen or allrounder, than chosing both DK and KL Rahul.
