I know few people who bought apartments in Dubai few hrs back..The market has dropped atleast 20% in last 4 yrs donno about commercial properties..but I think the hotel industry is too much saturated..Gulf economy is not doing good from last 10 yrs and may continue to slowdown Moreover,it is not easy to liquidate commercial investments | ||

i won't recommend investments not only in dubai but also in middle east... weak economy fundamentals.... they don't have other incomes other than oil and gas... in near future it will be difficult for them to maintain all those structures.... for short term you can... long term nope | ||
